Flowers for a first date

I love receiving flowers, doesn’t matter if it’s from friends or someone I am romantically interested in. I think it’s a wonderful gift all around. Only problem is if I get flowers on a date, I have to carry it around all night long. So unless you are picking me up, and I can put the flowers in a vase before I leave my apartment, I think flowers should be delivered.

It annoys me when guys say ‘why do I have to buy flowers, they just die anyway’. I think that’s why flowers are so appealing. It’s life in a vase. Yes, it’s not the most practical of gifts, but that’s what gifts are about. They are suppose to be things you would never buy for yourself in the first place.
